What is your return Policy?
We do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if an item arrives damaged, please send an email to email@example.com so we can help resolve the issue.
When will I receive my order?
All orders are processed the following business day, and depending on your shipping rate, will arrive within a week of placement. However, due to COVID complications, please allow for an extra 7-10 days for your packages to arrive. If your package has gotten lost in the mail, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss a replacement.
What if I put in the wrong shipping address?
All order details are final once submitted and we are unable to make any changes to the information given. Please be sure to double and triple check all of the information before submitting your order.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We do have international shipping available. However, the price is more expensive than domestic shipping due to import taxes, custom duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. Shipping times are also not guaranteed by the USPS, and can take up to 6-8 weeks to be delivered.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes, we offer bulk discounts for orders of ten Quiet Time Companions or more. For exact rates, please email email@example.com
Do you offer wholesale accounts?
We do not currently offer wholesale accounts at this time.
