We do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if an item arrives damaged, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can help resolve the issue.
All orders are processed the following business day, and depending on your shipping rate, will arrive within a week of placement. However, due to COVID complications, please allow for an extra 7-10 days for your packages to arrive. If your package has gotten lost in the mail, please email email@example.com to discuss a replacement.
All order details are final once submitted and we are unable to make any changes to the information given. Please be sure to double and triple check all of the information before submitting your order.
Yes! We do have international shipping available. However, the price is more expensive than domestic shipping due to import taxes, custom duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. Shipping times are also not guaranteed by the USPS, and can take up to 6-8 weeks to be delivered.
Yes, we offer bulk discounts for orders of ten Quiet Time Companions or more. For exact rates, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
