At Wholehearted Quiet Time, we care deeply about getting your order to you safely and efficiently. Every journal is packaged with intention, and we are grateful for each order placed.
Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we ship.
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days unless otherwise stated (such as during a launch window).

Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

During product launches or high-volume seasons, processing times may be extended slightly.

If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Typical U.S. shipping costs range from:

Bulk orders may incur additional shipping costs
Estimated delivery times (after processing):

Standard U.S. Shipping: 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping (if selected): 2–3 business days
Please note: delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed once the package is in the hands of the carrier.
International Shipping
At this time, Wholehearted ships primarily within the United States.
If international shipping becomes available, rates and delivery timelines will be calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once your package has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, Wholehearted Quiet Time is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, please:

Contact your local post office.

Reach out to the carrier directly with your tracking number.
If your package is significantly delayed in transit, please email us and we’ll do our best to help.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
Wholehearted Quiet Time is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you realize there is an error, contact us immediately at:

Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged:

Email us within 5 days of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photos of the damage.

We will review and resolve the issue promptly.
